The Whale sharks can be seen only during Jun/1 – September/17 when they buoy the surface to feed on Plankton. Your search for the worlds biggest fish starts from Cancun on a 10 passengers boat and upon the encounter one couple at a time will get the opportunity to snorkel next to Whale Sharks in total spending about an hour snorkeling, viewing, taking pictures and enjoying this unique fish.

 

Important:

  • Clients will be able to swim 3 to 4 times depending on their physical condition.
  • On our way back will be snorkeling at Isla Che, near Contoy Island – beautiful reef.
  • Do not touch the shark, especially the fins or tail, as tempting as this is the sharks skin is like sand paper, a rough texture and handling the shark can lead to infections and skin troubles for it.
  • Keep 6-10ft away from the shark, do not feed them.

Please Note

Guests can use only biodegradable sun tan lotion. The whale sharks can be seeing from up close but not touched. All trips are reconfirmed a day in advance to assure good weather for viewing the whale sharks.
